  （All Poster より） 誕生日から長野の百歳道場で３日間を過ごしました。この間にやりたい事がありました。 14年前メタボの原因を作ったスノボでの転倒事件へのリベンジです。腰椎損傷、ヘルニアを脊椎側に出して、神経腔を塞いでしまい右足が動かなくなってしまったところから体重が増え始めました。運動不足に陥ったのと、食事がそのままで量が減りませんでしたから、転倒時に85kgだった体重が10年をかけて100kgの手前まで行ってしまいました。それからが0.1t苦楽部の始まりでテレテレ走り始めたのがこのブログの書き出しでした。 走り始めて４年が過ぎようとしています。体重も今では81kg〜８３kgで収まっています。今年の６月サロマ湖100kmウルトラマラソンまでには何とか75kgの体重で走りたいものです。 その前にあさっては第２回の東京マラソンがあります。抽選漏したのが、運悪く？運良く？補欠抽選で通ってしまいました。この際だから５時間を切ろうと張り切って入るものの、またまた菜っ葉の肥やしになるか。（かけ声だけ） しからば、かけ声倒れになる前にリベンジスキーを試みました。百歳道場に行きがてら富士見高原でヘルニア後の初滑りでした。コースが簡単すぎて、調子に乗り翌日は目の前のパノラマスキー場に一気にゴンドラで1700mの頂上から転げ落ちました。何んとかゴンドラ代の元を取りたい一心で何度も吹雪く中を曇るサングラス越しに滑り落ちました。 最後には頂上から休まずに最大傾斜27度を一気に滑り降り、ヘルニア後のリベンジを果たしました。また、スキーにはまりそう。最近のスキーは取り回しが簡単で良いわ！還暦祝いのスキーリベンジでした。後は明後日の大東京国際市民マラソンの５時間切りが出来れば還暦の自己祝いで満足かな。でもあっちこちから還暦おめでとうと電話が来るとつい「誰の？」と言いたくなるへそ曲がりかな。 |
