 トヨタ自動車野球部の全日本選手権優勝祝賀会に行ってきました。創部70周年目の日本一でした。 野球というものはいい選手が集まっていても勝てないのです。トヨタにはいい選手が集まっていますが、勝てないチームでした。いい選手がプロにたくさん出ていきます。いい選手の集まりだから勝てないのです。巨人軍と同じです。 皆がいい選手、いい能力を持っているのですが、同じタイプのいい選手を揃えても野球は勝てないのです。チームスポーツにはそういう原則があります。この原則を知らない監督も勝てるチームを作る事が出来ません。 光るダイヤモンドのようなスターがいて、それを支えるいぶし銀がいて、それをつなぐ銅がいて、それを混ぜたり、繋いだりする触媒があって初めて光り輝く王冠ができます。ダイヤだけでは王冠になりません。いぶし銀だけでは光が足りません。自分の持つ能力を知り、自分の役割に徹すれば勝機は生まれます。それを繋げば勝つチャンスがたくさん生まれます。後は逃げ切れるか、クローザーがしっかりしていれば逃げる事が出来ます。同じようなスター選手の集まりにこの薄氷を踏む勝利の妙味を知る事はありません。 そんな事を考えながら、今日の朝は名古屋城の周りをテレンコ、テレンコ、苦楽を楽しみました。１時間半約15kmの夢中で考えた勝利のチームワークです。 |
